En el Centro Cultural desde las 08:00 hasta las 13:30 horas.

Funciones Específicas
1. Desarrollar, evaluar programas y proyectos de desarrollo cultural.
2. Difundir los valores culturales dentro y fuera de la Comuna, promoviendo las actividades tendientes a darle a esta un carácter propio.
3. Proteger y resguardar los bienes y monumentos nacionales de la Comuna.
4. Fomentar la creación y mantención de museos, bibliotecas y centros culturales de la Comuna.
5. Organizar concursos literarios, plásticos, musicales y otros similares a nivel comunal y nacional.
6. Montar exposiciones artísticas y artesanales diversas.
7. Patrocinar, previa autorización del Alcalde, conciertos, recitales y espectáculos de arte.
8. Organizar, auspiciar y promover talleres de expresión cultural en colegios, juntas de vecinos y comunidad en general.
9. Conocer y administrar los distintos instrumentos de desarrollo cultural generados por el Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y Las Artes.
10. Establecer contacto con otras instituciones que desarrollen actividades culturales tanto a nivel comunal y nacional, con fines de intercambio.
11. Promover y coordinar con otros organismos públicos y/o privados el desarrollo de actividades culturales en la Comuna.
12. Otras funciones que le asigne el director de la dirección.
